Will I have trouble voting in future elections if my ID has my old address on it instead of my new Uniform Address?
Election officials at polling sites will have a cross-reference table with the old addresses and what their new Uniform Address counterparts are. This will allow election officials to verify your identity and allow you to vote.
When you receive your Official Notice with your new uniform address, keep this document for your records. You may need it later as proof of your address change.
